Today, Falling for Him and Beneath the Layers went on preorder on Amazon. I'm not sure how to articulate how much this (gonna be totally honest here) freaking rocks!
With each step of the publishing process, the fact that I wrote a book that's actually going to be out there for people to read gets more and more real, but this is like the final step. It's there on the worlds biggest ebook retailer's website waiting for someone to buy it, and now anyone from pretty much anywhere around the world can do so which is both exhilarating and scary.
Each time one of these milestones passes me, I think; it's going to sink in this time. Funny how I realize that with each new one, it still hasn't and I'm not sure it ever will.
But that is not the point of this post, at least I don't think it is. The reason I'm blogging (which we all know I hate) is to post the link to my author page where you can find both my books and then you know what to do once you're there.
I wish I knew more about computer stuff because I'm sure there's a gif of a drum roll somewhere I could have used, but alas, I'm almost computer illeterate so just pretend! I present to you, the Link: amazon.com/author/clmustafic
Today is the day! Can you tell I'm a little excited? It's been a long, hard road but it's all been worth it because finally here!
Please join me over at Molly Lolly Reviews for the exclusive cover reveal for Falling for Him! And a huge thanks to Molly Lolly Reviews for hosting my event today.

Hello! Since you found your way here you probably already know I’m CL Mustafic, romance writer extraordinaire! Don’t laugh, I’m still trying to convince myself that I can call myself an author, hence the bold statement, because if you believe it maybe I will too. So anyway, a little about me; I'm an American originally from the great state of Minnesota, but I currently live in Sarajevo, BiH. I'm happily married and have four sons. I like to read and write and the occasional glass of red wine (okay, more than occasional but we all have our vices).
I recently started writing. I don’t know what took me so long, because ever since I was a little kid, I'd make up stories in my head. Most of the time it was out of boredom and I did it everywhere; getting ready for school, eating, in class, studying, swimming and sometimes even when I was reading another story. I have an active imagination that continues to keep me entertained to this day.
My school days are behind me now, so the stories accompany me while I cook, do dishes and wash laundry. I'm a wife and mother, but my kids are all in school so that leaves me with time to fill. Which is why, a few months ago, I decided I'd try to write out some of the stories that were entertaining me to see if they could entertain anyone else. I've been busy tapping away on my keyboard for as long as the people in my house will allow. Between the people in my life and the ones in my head, I'm a very busy person.
Speaking of the people living in my head, there are so many clomping around up there that sometimes it feels a little crowded. I've found that when I get them out on the page they quiet down some – not needing as much attention from me. At first that discovery made me do a little jig, (woohoo, a little peace and quiet up there) but I soon realized that for every one I evicted, two more moved in. I'm not sure I'll ever get them all out, but I’ll have fun trying.
Most of my stories are of the M/M romance genre, but I have branched out a little into some others on occasion. I like to explore the notion that sometimes it's not the sex of the person so much as it is the actual person or persons (yes, sometimes there can be more than one) that we fall in love with. There are more ways to love than most people want to admit, and to me, exploring all the different possibilities is exciting.
So, that's a bit about me and an explanation of where the title of this blog comes from because I’m living with the people in my head and soon hopefully you will be too. Welcome to my world, sit, have a glass of wine and stay for a story or two.
(Everything is under control, nothing to see here. Please don’t call the men in white coats!)
